In 2009, our founders were running logistics for a mid-size electronics importer, refreshing three different carrier portals and a spreadsheet just to answer one question: where is the shipment right now?
TransRoute Global started as the tool we wished existed — a single place to book, document and track freight, regardless of which carrier or mode was actually moving it. Seventeen years later, that's still the whole idea, just applied to ocean, air, road, rail, warehousing and customs at once.

Started as a two-person ocean freight forwarder working a single Rotterdam–Shanghai lane.

Replaced carrier-by-carrier status calls with a single dashboard — the foundation of what we run today.
2019
Built out regional trucking and intermodal rail to cover inland freight without a second vendor.
2022
Brought licensed brokerage in-house after one too many third-party delays at the border.
